We supply Gent Vigilon fire alarm panels and parts from the Vigilon Plus range for specifiers, fire alarm engineers and trade buyers. VIGPLUS-24 and VIGPLUS-72 are analogue addressable fire control panels.

VIGPLUS-24 supports one to four loops. VIGPLUS-72 supports one to six. Both have black enclosures. Their approval covers EN 54 Parts 2 and 4. VIGPLUS-MCC is the main control card spare for these two panels. It comes with a microSD memory card. VS-PRIN is the replacement printer assembly for both panels. We also supply VIGPLUS-NODE in black for network connections and additional input/output cards.
Vigilon Plus sits alongside Compact Plus and Nano in the Gent by Honeywell panel catalogue. We supply VIGPLUS-24 and VIGPLUS-72 with one loop card each. Each extra loop needs a VIG-LPC-EN card. The limit is four loops on VIGPLUS-24 and six on VIGPLUS-72. VIGPLUS-24-NP and VIGPLUS-72-NP offer the same respective capacities without a printer. VIG-NC provides copper connections between VIGPLUS-24 and VIGPLUS-72 panels. VIG-NC-FO uses multimode fibre. VIG-NC-SMF uses single-mode fibre. These three cards also fit VIGPLUS-NODE. VIG-IOC-DOM provides RS232 and RS485 connections for VIGPLUS-24 and VIGPLUS-72. VIGPLUS-NODE takes up to four optional input/output cards in loop-card positions. Its input/output cards connect to a remote printer or central system.
For a Gent fire panel order, include the batteries and mounting parts needed for the project. We supply VIGPLUS-24 and VIGPLUS-72 without batteries. VIGPLUS-NODE needs two 21Ah batteries, also ordered separately. VIGPLUS-72 also requires a separate VS-BATTBOX-72 enclosure. VIG72-UPGR converts VIGPLUS-24 to VIGPLUS-72. The upgrade kit excludes the battery box and batteries. VIG-24-FLUSH is the semi-flush surround for VIGPLUS-24 and VIGPLUS-NODE. The stainless steel VIG-FLUSH-SS surround requires a VIG-DOOR-SS door. We supply repeat panels and mimic displays through our Vigilon Plus Mimics & Repeats range. Compact Plus and Nano each have their own range pages.

- VIGPLUS-24 supports up to four loops, and VIGPLUS-72 supports up to six. Each panel comes with one loop card. Each additional loop needs another VIG-LPC-EN card. The corresponding versions without a printer are VIGPLUS-24-NP and VIGPLUS-72-NP. VIGPLUS-24 needs two 12V 21Ah batteries. - Which batteries and enclosure does VIGPLUS-72 need?
- VIGPLUS-72 needs four Power Sonic flame retardant 12V 21Ah batteries and a separate VS-BATTBOX-72 enclosure. The enclosure also fits VIGPLUS-72-NP. VIG72-UPGR uses the same enclosure when converting VIGPLUS-24 to VIGPLUS-72. The upgrade kit excludes the enclosure and batteries. VS-BATTBOX-72 houses the batteries outside the panel. It has a lockable door and two shelves. We supply the panel and enclosure as separate items, both without batteries.
- How many devices can a VIG-LPC-EN loop support?
- A VIG-LPC-EN loop supports up to 200 devices. The working count depends on electrical load, cable length and the positions of alarm devices. Loop length includes connected spurs. The Battery Standby and Loop Load Calculator assesses the device mix, cable route and alarm load. Each additional loop requires its own card. VIGPLUS-24 supports up to four loops. VIGPLUS-72 supports up to six. We supply VIG-LPC-EN cards for both panels.
- Can VIGPLUS-24 and VIGPLUS-72 panels use fibre networks?
- Yes, VIGPLUS-24 and VIGPLUS-72 can use multimode or single-mode fibre networks. VIG-NC-FO provides multimode connections. A network loop using this card supports up to 31 panels and nodes in total. VIG-NC-SMF provides single-mode connections. Both cards also fit VIGPLUS-NODE. The VIG-NC-DOM-FO domain bridge joins smaller networks into a system of up to 200 panels and nodes. We supply these fibre cards and the VIG-NC copper network card.
- Which mounting accessories fit VIGPLUS-24?
- VIGPLUS-24 uses VIG-24-FLUSH or the stainless steel VIG-FLUSH-SS surround for semi-flush mounting. VIG-FLUSH-SS also requires the VIG-DOOR-SS stainless steel outer door. Both surrounds fit VIGPLUS-NODE. Each needs a wall opening 510mm high, 390mm wide and 132mm deep. Semi-flush mounting is unsuitable with a battery enclosure immediately beneath the VIGPLUS-24 panel. VIG-DOOR-SS is for indoor use. We supply both surrounds and the matching stainless steel door.
