The S4-34800 has a glass element that needs replacing after emergency use. The S4-34805 has a plastic element that resets with a key. We also supply covered models and the IP67 S4-34805-EP. Our Gent call point spares include replacement elements, glass and test keys. We supply protective covers and surface back boxes as separate accessories for S4-34805.
We supply S4-34805 for Vigilon Plus, Compact Plus and Nano systems. This indoor addressable call point takes power from the loop. Its plastic element resets with a key after activation. For a resettable call point with a protective cover included, we supply S4-34845. S4-34842 is the covered glass version. Both covered models are supplied without a back box. The IP67 S4-34805-EP includes its resettable element, protective cover and back box. S4-34807 is our key switch option for sites at risk of tampering or vandalism. We supply it without a back box. The yellow fascia 704952 and yellow surface back box 704982 fit S4-34807.
For a Gent MCP back box in red plastic, we supply S4-34895 in packs of 10. S4-34892 is an optional lift-up cover supplied in packs of 20. S4-34896 is the separate IP66 plastic cover option. Both covers fit the S4-34805 resettable call point. For replacement parts, we supply S4-34890 resettable elements and S4-34891 glass elements in packs of 10. Spare S4-34899 test keys come in packs of 25. We also supply control panels through our Vigilon Plus, Compact Plus and Nano ranges.

- Which yellow accessories fit the S4-34807 key switch call point?
- 704952 is the yellow fascia for S4-34807, and 704982 is its yellow surface back box. The fascia and back box have separate order codes. Both yellow parts also fit other S4-348xx call points. S4-34807 is the key switch call point for areas at risk of tampering or vandalism. We supply the call point without a back box, with both yellow accessories available separately.
- What is the difference between S4-34892 and S4-34896?
- S4-34892 is a lift-up cover, while S4-34896 is an IP66 plastic cover. Both are optional accessories for S4-34805. The lift-up cover has a top hinge and a clear face. The call point needs a separate back box for surface mounting. S4-34895 is the red plastic option. We supply S4-34892 in packs of 20, with S4-34896 available as a separate cover.
- Which spare test key fits the S4 call points?
- S4-34899 is the spare test key for S4-34805. It also fits S4-34800, S4-34842 and S4-34845. On S4-34807, it opens the bottom of the call point. Testing S4-34805 with the key activates the call point. Its plastic element resets with the key after activation. A test key is included with each S4-34805 call point. We supply S4-34899 in packs of 25 spare keys.
