Do you give bulk discounts on fire alarm parts?

Yes. FireAgent applies volume pricing to every product with a listed price, so the unit price falls as the quantity rises. At checkout, the lower price is applied automatically, and no discount code is needed.

Each product page shows its own volume discount steps under the heading Volume pricing, because the steps differ from product to product. On the Gent S4-711 dual optical heat sensor the price drops at 5, at 25 and at 75. Prices are shown excluding VAT.

For quantities beyond the last step, or for an order covering several different products, ask us for a quote.

How can I pay for an order?

FireAgent takes payment by card at checkout or by proforma invoice, and we do not offer credit accounts.

Card payment is taken on the website at the point the order is placed. If your purchasing process needs an invoice before the payment is made, ask us for a proforma invoice and we raise one against your order.

Prices on the site are trade prices and exclude VAT.

What fire alarm equipment does FireAgent supply?

FireAgent supplies fire detection and alarm equipment to the trade, from the control panel to the devices on the loop and the spares that keep an existing system running.

We stock Gent by Honeywell, Morley addressable panels and devices, conventional ranges, intrinsically safe Gent, Xtralis VESDA aspirating detection, Honeywell CLSS, BS8629 evacuation alert equipment, Li-ion Tamer lithium ion off-gas detection, and the standby batteries that go with them. Across those ranges we hold panels, detectors, manual call points, sounders and visual alarm devices, interfaces and relay modules, voice alarm, aspirating pipework and fittings, graphics and workstation software, and ancillaries and spares.

We supply installers, distributors and facilities teams, and we carry legacy and hard to find parts, so a system already on site can be maintained rather than replaced.
