Gent Vigilon VIG-IOC-DOM EN Domain Bridge I/O Card

VIG-IOC-DOM is the EN Vigilon Domain Bridge Input/Output Card from Gent by Honeywell, part of the Vigilon Plus range and designed for use in EN54-compliant fire detection networks. This card serves as a domain bridge, facilitating communication between Vigilon system components when used with VIG-NODE-24 panels. Its primary distinction lies in the configurable rotary switch SW2, which must be set to position 1 for non-domain-aware VIG-NODE-24 units or position 5 for domain-aware configurations, as specified in the device’s core specifications.

The VIG-IOC-DOM operates at a fixed domain IOC baud rate of 19200, helping to ensure reliable data transmission within the network. It is compatible with the Gent Vigilon EN54 system parts list and interfaces with WINMAG Plus V6 for event indication of fire and fault conditions. All connected loop devices must be SAFE addressed to support integration with WINMAG Plus, and physical wiring details are documented in the installation instructions. Power requirements are external and defined by system design.
