Description
The Gent VS-BATTBOX-72 is an external battery box for VIGPLUS-72 and VIGPLUS-72-NP fire alarm panels, also used for the VIG72-UPGR Plus conversion. Supplied with a pair of 550 door keys, battery wiring harnesses, a terminal block and four fuses. Four 4015-602-YFR Power Sonic flame retardant 12V 21Ah batteries are required and supplied separately. The box has upper and lower shelves and a lockable door. It can sit beneath the panel or remotely, up to 10m away with 1.5mm² MICC or 15m with 2.5mm² MICC. An earth lead connects the panel and box.

In a Vigilon Plus installation, the battery box may occupy a position below the panel or be installed remotely. The maximum panel-to-box cable distance is 10m with 1.5mm² MICC or 15m with 2.5mm² MICC.
