Gent S4T-711-V Self-Test Multi-Sensor + Voice Sounder

The Gent S4T-711-V is an S4 SELF-TEST Dual Optical Heat Sensor and Voice Sounder from the S-Quad Self-Test (S4T) series, integrating dual optical and heat detection with an integral voice sounder. It operates on a 35V-48V loop (40V nominal) and draws 2mA average, rising to 4.5mA in Turbo mode.

This sensor combines dual optical and heat detection with an integral voice sounder for audible alerts. It is designed for use with the S4-700 common mounting base and supports optional accessories including IP21 base covers (S4-705), semi-flush mounting kits (S4-FLUSH), and remote LED repeaters (13449-01). The device holds LPCB approval and carries CE & UKCA certification. It functions within an ambient operating temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. The sensor head measures 117 mm in diameter by 63 mm in height, increasing to 70 mm with the standard base, and weighs 152 g alone or 212 g with the base attached. The Vso max is 16 V and Vso min is 8 V, while Ic max reaches 0.8 A and Is max 1.25 A, with Il max at 50 µA and Zc max at 0.13 Ω. Compatibility with the S4-700 base enables standardised installation across the S-Quad Self-Test product line.
