Description
The Gent 805590 is a detector base for ES Detect conventional heads and compatible intrinsically safe detectors. It accepts the 800171, 800177, 800271 and 800371 ES Detect heads, as well as the 803271.EX, 803371.EX and 803374.EX detectors. The head fits in one orientation and a lock is included to secure it against removal. Cables can enter from the side or through the bottom plate. The white ABS base is 117mm in diameter and 24mm high, with a height of 62mm when a compatible detector is fitted. It has an application temperature range of -20°C to +72°C and stores from -25°C to +75°C.
The 805590 is the standard base for ES Detect heads. It fits the 800171 fixed heat detector, 800177 Class B fixed heat detector, 800271 rate-of-rise heat detector and 800371 optical smoke detector.

The 805590 is the standard base for ES Detect heads. It fits the 800171 fixed heat detector, 800177 Class B fixed heat detector, 800271 rate-of-rise heat detector and 800371 optical smoke detector.
The same base also fits the 803271.EX, 803371.EX and 803374.EX intrinsically safe detectors. These detector circuits connect through the appropriate barrier and interface for the intrinsically safe system.
The head fits the base in one orientation. A detector removal lock is included. Cables can enter through the side or the bottom plate, and the terminals accommodate conductors from 0.6mm diameter to 2mm² cross-section.
The white ABS base is similar to RAL 9010 and measures 117mm in diameter by 24mm high. A compatible detector and base together are 62mm high. The base application temperature range is -20°C to +72°C and its storage range is -25°C to +75°C.
