Description

The 800177 is an ES Detect non-addressable fixed-temperature heat detector rated to EN 54-5 class B (BS) for use at increased ambient temperatures on conventional systems. It suits application temperatures up to 65 C, operates from 8 to 42 V DC and draws approximately 25 uA quiescent with a typical 9 mA alarm current at 9 V DC. Rated for air speeds from 0 to 25.4 m/s.

The 800177 is a Conventional fixed heat detector, class B - an ES Detect non-addressable automatic heat detector for increased operating temperature according to EN 54-5. It is rated to EN 54-5 class B (BS) for use at increased ambient temperatures on conventional systems, with an application temperature range of -20 °C to 65 °C and operating voltage from 8 to 42 V DC. The detector draws approximately 25 µA quiescent current and has a typical alarm current of 9 mA at 9 V DC.

It is suitable for air speeds from 0 to 25.4 m/s and features an ingress protection rating of IP43 when used with base + option. Constructed from ABS material in white (similar to RAL 9010), it weighs approximately 110 g and operates in humidity below 95 %. Storage temperature is between -25 °C and 75 °C.

The 800177 is approved only for installation with Xenex Control Panels - 13270-02LB, 13270-04LB, 13270-08LB - or with Vigilon via interface units. It requires the Standard Detector Base 805590 or the Detector Base Complete with Diode 805590-D for monitoring detector removal, and is compatible with the Remote LED for ES Detect 781814. Physical connection details are specified in the installation manual.
