803374.EX is an intrinsically safe dual-angle optical heat detector designed for use in fire detection systems requiring ATEX-certified components. It operates across a voltage range of 8 V DC to 42 V DC and functions in ambient temperatures from -20 °C to +65 °C, with storage limits extending from -25 °C to +75 °C. The device features a red flashing LED alarm indicator and is constructed from white ABS housing rated IP 43 when installed with the base and optional gasket.
It meets EN 54-7 : 2006 / -5 B : 2000 / A1 : 2002 and CEA 4021 standards for smoke and heat detection performance, carries VdS approval G 204061, and holds CE certification 0786 - CPD - 20105/20106. Ex-protection is classified as Ex ib IIC T4 Gb, permitting use in intrinsically safe circuits up to zone 1 and explosion group IIC T4 when paired with the appropriate Z-System Zener barrier.
