Description
The 3.5” screen shows a Sector Status Page, Sector Alarm Level, a user-configured Sector Name and a Sector Smoke Level bargraph including alarm threshold indicators.
Per-pipe maximum length depends on how many pipes are in use - 100 m (328 ft) with 2 Pipes, 80 m (262 ft) with 3 Pipes and 70 m (230 ft) with 4 pipes, each pipe carrying a minimum of 20 l/m. Flow fault thresholds per port accommodate varying airflow conditions.
VES-A10-P is the VESDA-E VES aspirating smoke detector with 3.5” Display in a Plastic Enclosure, a four-sector (4 Pipes) unit whose inlet-manifold valve mechanism and software control airflow from four sectors. Supply is 18-30 VDC (24 V Nominal).
The display Home page carries a bar graph indicating smoke level and adaptive scan threshold, with fault icons for the various fault conditions. When the adaptive scan threshold is exceeded the display automatically transitions to the Sector status page, indicating smoke level and alarm level per sector; where alarms are configured as latched, alarm indication per sector is retained until Reset is applied.

The detector must be installed in a benign, human-habitable environment free of toxic or corrosive contaminants. Non-approved third party in-line filters should not be used; an Xtralis In-Line Filter is available in grey or red. An insect infestation in-line filter and a chemical filter for corrosive environments are also specified.
VES-A10-P is the VESDA-E VES aspirating smoke detector with 3.5” Display in a Plastic Enclosure, a four-sector (4 Pipes) unit whose inlet-manifold valve mechanism and software control airflow from four sectors. Supply is 18-30 VDC (24 V Nominal).

At aspirator settings 1, 5 and 10 the quiescent figures are 8.0 W, 10.4 W and 16.3 W, and in alarm 9.2 W, 11.3 W and 17.3 W. The unit weighs 4.8 kg (10.6 lb). Pipe length reaches 560 m (1,837 ft) when branched, or 280 m (919 ft) run linear, and the hole counts are 40/80/100, each subject to agency confirmation. AutoLearn has the detector learn Alarm Thresholds and Flow Fault thresholds by monitoring the environment. The detector must be installed in a benign, human-habitable environment free of toxic or corrosive contaminants, and non-approved third party in-line filters should not be used.
