The Gent S4T-720-V-VAD-HPR is an S4 SELF-TEST Heat Sensor with Voice Sounder and High Power Red VAD from the S-Quad Self-Test (S4T) series, combining heat detection with integrated audible and visual alarm. S4T-720-V-VAD-HPR is a Gent by Honeywell S4 SELF-TEST Heat Sensor with Voice Sounder and High Power Red VAD from the S-Quad Self-Test (S4T) series. It integrates heat detection with audible voice alarm and visual alert functions in a single multi-sensor unit designed for fire alarm systems.
The device operates on a 35V - 48V loop voltage and functions within an ambient temperature range of -10 °C to +50 °C, with storage limits from -20 °C to +65 °C. It is rated IP21C for ingress protection and features an ABS Terluran GP-35 enclosure. The sensor head measures 117 mm in diameter by 63 mm in height, increasing to 70 mm when mounted on the standard base, and weighs 152 g without base or 212 g with it.
Bluetooth testing is supported at up to 10m range, requiring the CLSS mobile app and a CLSS gateway per network domain. Self-test functionality operates for heat and smoke detection within an expected temperature range of 0 to 40 °C. The unit is compatible with Vigilon and Compact Plus panels only and requires current EN54 loop cards with firmware upgrades for Self-Test and BLE operation.
