The Gent S3-BASE-SW is a shallow base for wall-mounted S-Cubed Mark 3 Type A devices in compatible GENT Vigilon fire alarm systems, finished in white RAL 9010. Moulded in V2-rated ABS and supplied in a 5 pack, it is IP21 rated and operates from -10C to +50C.
Technical overview
The S3-BASE-SW is a shallow base with a white body from Gent by Honeywell, designed for wall-mounted S-Cubed Mark 3 Type A devices in compatible GENT Vigilon fire alarm systems. It is moulded in V2-rated ABS and finished in white to RAL 9010. Carrying an IP21 rating, it is intended for internal use, and it operates across an ambient range of -10°C to +50°C with storage permitted between -20°C and +70°C.
Compatibility spans a range of S-Cubed Mark 3 Type A devices. These include the white-body S3 sounder and voice sounder, together with red-body sounders and voice sounders paired with standard- or high-power visual alarm devices in either red or white. As a base, it provides the wall-mount interface that seats the chosen S-Cubed device. Because it carries only Type A internal-use ratings, it is intended for indoor Vigilon installations.
