The 2020BSD is the standard-pattern base carrying a Schottky diode, and System Sensor is its manufacturer.
It is used with the 2020R Rate of Rise Detector: that detector accepts a variety of detector bases, and the flexibility this brings is what makes a completed detection point compatible with a wide range of conventional fire alarm panels. The same base suits the Vision conventional detector family, where the 2020B, 2020DB and 2020DBSD sit beside it.
