The Gent S4-34760-15 is a 1.5m venturi tube for the S4-34760 Duct Smoke Sensor / Venturi-Air Duct Kit, sampling air within ventilation ducting to detect smoke. Manufactured from aluminium, it measures 1500mm long and weighs 0.6kg. The tube suits duct diameters from 600mm to 1400mm.
Technical overview
The Gent S4-34760-15 is a 1.5m Venturi tube for the S4-34760 Duct Smoke Sensor / Venturi-Air Duct Kit, sampling air within ventilation ducting to detect smoke. Manufactured from aluminium, it measures 1500mm long and weighs 0.6kg. The tube suits duct diameters from 600mm to 1400mm.
For tube lengths over 600mm, the Venturi tube must be supported on the opposite side of the air duct when installed in duct diameters between 600mm and 2700mm. The optional mounting kit (Part No. S4-34760-99) is used for mounting on insulated or circular air duct systems. Available alongside sibling Venturi tubes: 600mm (S4-34760-06) and 2800mm (S4-34760-28). The duct sensor housing uses an S-Quad Optical Sensor (Part No. S4-715). Physical wiring or loop connection details are in the installation manual.
