FLX-010 is a Honeywell Xtralis aspirating smoke detector of the transceptor type, using optical sensing to detect smoke drawn through its sampling network. It operates in conventional mode with selectable sensitivity classes A, B and C and a single analysis device, classified as a Transceptor de Radiação Restrita - II.

The device supports one aeraulic network with maximum lengths of 105 m in I configuration, 210 m in U configuration, and 272 m in H configuration. Sensitivity adjustment is available via user settings, while external action indication is not provided. It is designed for integration into NF-SSI certified fire safety systems and interfaces with the RF module BlueMod+S50 (homologated under code 05455-19-02618). Physical wiring details are specified in the installation manual. Field-replaceable spares include the sensing module (FLX-SP-01), metal filter (FLX-SP-02), aspirator (FLX-SP-04), internal cover set (FLX-SP-05-EN), and adaptor set (FLX-SP-06).
