Xtralis FLX-SP-05-EN FAAST FLEX Internal Cover Set

The Xtralis FLX-SP-05-EN is the internal cover set (Jeu de couvercles internes) for the FAAST FLEX aspirating smoke detection range. This component is specifically designed to protect and enclose the internal electronics of FAAST FLEX units, helping to ensure reliable operation in demanding environments. It supports units with dimensions of 205mm x 280mm x 80.5mm and is engineered to function across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 55°C, with sampled air temperature tolerance matching the same limits.

The FLX-SP-05-EN accommodates systems operating on 24Vdc nominal supply (18-30Vdc range), with maximum power consumption specified as 400mA @ 24Vdc for single-channel models and 450mA @ 24Vdc for dual-channel variants. It integrates three relays per channel — action, alarm, and fault — each rated at 2A @ 30V, enabling flexible interfacing with external control and monitoring systems. The device is suitable for use in environments with relative humidity levels between 10% and 93% RH, non-condensing.

Designed for the FAAST FLEX range, the FLX-SP-05-EN maintains compatibility with units featuring dynamic detector sensitivity from 0.05 to 6.56 %obs/m.
