The B501RF is a white base for detectors or repeaters within the Agile Wireless Fire Detection System product range. It mounts compatible Agile detectors or repeaters as part of a wireless fire detection installation.
Technical overview
B501RF is a white mounting base designed for use with System Sensor AGILE wireless detectors and repeaters. It serves as the required interface for attaching compatible devices such as photoelectric, thermal, infrared, and heat detectors to the wireless fire detection system.
The base supports a range of AGILE wireless detectors including the NRX-SMT3 photo-thermal-IR, NRX-OPT photo, NRX-TFIX58 fixed temperature, and NRX-TDIFF rate of rise heat detectors, each of which mounts securely onto the B501RF to achieve specified dimensions and weights. It is also compatible with the NRX-REP repeater for extended coverage and more reliable communication.
A variant, B501RF-RR in red, is designated for sounders, while the white B501RF is intended for detectors and repeaters. Physical wiring and installation details are covered in the separate installation manual, which should be consulted for connection guidance.
