Description
This black surface mount sampling point is designed for use where access to the ceiling void is limited. It takes a 4mm inlet to suit appropriate microbore tubes. The point is a patented VEA sampling point in the VESDA-E VEA family, and it works with VESDA-E VEA series detectors, which use multiple microbore air-sampling tubes and patented air sampling points.
Because it is screwed straight to the ceiling, its microbore tube is carried along the ceiling and stays in view inside the protected area. Supervision of the point is full and comes from the detector.
