Description

The Xtralis VSP-620-02 is a Tamper Proof Sampling Point (TPSP) Model 2 for aspirating smoke detection, providing a tamper-proof, flush-mount, inconspicuous sampling solution with a gland fitting to 0.31" (8 mm) OD flexible micro-bore capillary tubing. Built in SUS304 stainless steel with a serviceable mesh inlet, it stands 2.83" (72 mm) high for discreet capillary-fed sampling.

VSP-620-02 is an Xtralis tamper-proof, flush-mount sampling point for aspirating smoke detection, its gland fitting sized for 8 mm micro-bore capillary tubing so that the point sits between the 6 mm and 10 mm versions of the same Tamper Proof Sampling Point (TPSP) Model 2 design.

Stainless steel construction, with the SUS304 material credited for heat and corrosion resistance, pairs with a design that resists tampering and a mesh inlet that can be serviced.

In operation the point provides an inconspicuous sampling position while the aspirating smoke detector sits centrally and remotely, which gives the ASD system a convenient location for testing and maintenance. Physical connections are covered by the installation manual, and the same tamper-proof point is also offered as VSP-620-01 for 6 mm capillary, as VSP-620-03 for 10 mm, and as the pipe-fed VSP-610 taking standard 25 mm pipe.
