Xtralis F-PC-HE-3 ASD Sampling Clip 3.0mm Harsh Env

F-PC-HE-3 is an Xtralis Harsh Environment sampling point clip for aspirating smoke detection pipe networks, providing a pre-sized 3.0mm (1/8) sampling hole within the CLIP Hole Identification System.

The Harsh Environment variants add a flexi-lip design that helps reduce sampling hole blockage, while a chamfered hole entry reduces dust loading effects, helping to increase uptime and potentially extending test intervals. Supplied as a single piece with an installation-ready design needing no part assembly or tools, the clip simply clicks into a firm, non-slip position on tube of 25 mm to 27 mm outer diameter; 10mm drill holes are created for all sampling points.

Moulded in PC/ABS with a RAL9005 body and a TPE rubber element, the clip carries colour coding assigned according to the IEC 60062 standard resistor code. Ratings cover pipe network pressure to 7 bar across -30 °C to +45 °C and 5% to 95% relative humidity, with a note that ambient temperatures above 45°C may lead to clip sealing leakage of up to 5%.
