Description
The Honeywell F-PC-HE-2 is a Harsh Environment ASD sampling hole clip from the Honeywell/Xtralis CLIP Hole Identification System, supplying a pre-engineered 2.0mm (5/64) sampling hole for aspirating smoke detection pipe networks. Moulded in PC/ABS with a RED main colour and RAL9005 body, it fits tube of 25mm to 27mm outer diameter. At 55mm long, 30.5mm wide and 11g, it delivers consistent, colour-coded hole sizing without on-site drilling.

F-PC-HE-2 pairs a red main colour with a pre-engineered 2.0mm (5/64) sampling hole, a Harsh Environment variant clip in the Honeywell/Xtralis CLIP Hole Identification System for FAAST and VESDA aspirating smoke detection (ASD) pipe networks.
Two design details address demanding installations: a flexi-lip intended to help reduce sampling hole leakage, and a chamfered hole entry that reduces dust loading effects, helping to increase uptime and potentially extending test intervals.
On the pipe, the one-piece clip clicks into a firm, non-slip position without part assembly or tools, fitting ASD network tube of 25 mm to 27 mm outer diameter; 10mm drill holes are created at the sampling points beforehand. Colour coding is assigned to the IEC 60062 standard resistor code, and physical connections are covered in the installation manual, with the installation instructions followed to ensure full functionality.
