Description

The Gent VSINTM-PCB12 is a spare circuit board for the S4-34440-12 mains powered interface, the 2.5 A version. It replaces the original board inside the existing interface. The wired terminal blocks transfer to the new board, and the original fixing screws are reused as part of the case earth connection. Before removal, stop the loop at the fire panel, isolate the mains supply and disconnect the battery. After fitting, refit the protective cover and reconnect the mains and battery supplies, then allocate the loop. The interface must be configured and tested for the site after the board has been replaced.

The VSINTM-PCB12 fits the Gent S4-34440-12. The S4-34440-12 has a maximum total output current of 2.5 A. The S4 mains powered interface range has four channels that can be set for inputs, outputs or both.

During board replacement, the existing wired terminal blocks transfer to the new board. Reuse the original board fixing screws, which provide part of the case earth connection. Stop the loop, isolate the mains supply and disconnect the battery before removing the board.

Refit the protective cover before reconnecting mains at P3, followed by the battery lead at P7. Allocate the loop, close and lock the enclosure, then configure and test the interface. For the S4-34440-12, select the mains powered interface type and set its channels in the S4-MP configuration page.
