Gent S4-34404 4-Channel Mains Switch Interface

The Gent by Honeywell S4-34404 is a mains switching interface for Vigilon fire detection and alarm systems. Drawing its power directly from the addressable loop, it delivers four independently switched channels from a single addressable position, and is housed within its own protective enclosure for field installation.

The unit integrates into Vigilon EN and BS panel based systems, subject to the minimum software levels being met. It works with Loop software from V3.93/V4.35 and Main Control Card software from V3.94/V4.37, so system designers should confirm firmware levels before commissioning. The design is engineered to meet EN54 Part 17:2005 and Part 18:2005, confirming its suitability within life-safety installations.

Where legacy interface units are being replaced, the S4-34404 can be reconfigured to take their place; this conversion calls for the S4 Interface programmer kit (S4-INTERFACE-PROG) V1.03.
