The Xtralis OSE-HP-01 is a High Power, alkaline-battery powered Emitter for the OSID Open-area Smoke Imaging Detection projected-beam system. Powered by the OSE-RBA battery (1.9-3.2 VDC) with a 3-year battery life, it achieves a detection distance of 12-50 m when paired with the OSI-90 Imager. Rated IP44 for electronics and IP66 for the optics enclosure, it operates from -10°C to 55°C at 10 to 95% RH non-condensing.
Technical overview
OSE-HP-01 is a Conventional High Power alkaline-battery powered Emitter for the Xtralis OSID Open-area Smoke Imaging Detection projected-beam system. It is designed to work with the OSI-90 Imager to achieve a detection distance of 12-50 metres when paired as a system.
Powered by the OSE-RBA alkaline replacement battery (1.9-3.2 VDC), the unit provides a 3-year battery life under typical operating conditions. The Emitter features an IP44 rating for electronics and IP66 for the optics enclosure, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to 55°C and humidity tolerance of 10 to 95% RH non-condensing.
Adjustment is possible over ±60° horizontal and ±15° vertical, with a maximum misalignment angle of ±2°. Physical dimensions are 208 mm x 136 mm x 96 mm, and wiring details are covered in the OSID installation manual.
