This power supply unit has a 3A output rating and space for batteries in the 12-24AH range, wearing the STX5 Silver appearance.

It is the Series 5 counterpart of the Series 3 VPS-250-STX-SLV, a part the Series 5 range replaces outright.

VPS-250-STX5-SLV is a 3A 12-24AH power supply unit finished in STX5 Silver. It belongs to the new Series 5 PSUs, which are specifically designed to complement the style and appearance of VESDA and VESDA-E aspirating smoke detectors. The Series 3 unit it stands in for is VPS-250-STX-SLV. On this series mains failure can be simulated without having to physically disconnect the mains, enabling a low-voltage authorised technician to inspect the battery voltages while powering the load.
