It runs on a 35V-48V loop (40V nominal) with a maximum capacitor current of 0.8A, providing an AV solution for areas that require it.

S4M-V-VAD-LPR is a Gent by Honeywell S-Quad S4M Voice Sounder Low Power Red VAD, a ceiling-mounted audio-visual device combining an EN54-23 compliant visual alarm device with voice sounder functions and no detection technology. It operates on a 35V-48V loop with a nominal voltage of 40V and a maximum capacitor current of 0.8A, designed for low-power visual alarm applications requiring integrated voice capabilities.
The device features a sounder current of 2 mA average and 4.5 mA maximum in Turbo mode, with a visual alarm device power setting configured as Low. It is compatible with the S4-700 base, S4-705 White IP21C Plate, and requires the S4T-BASE-PROGRAM for custom voice message programming, while supporting MCC/MCB/LPC card versions ≥4.61 and LPC ≥4.54 for Vigilon systems. LPCB approved, it provides a dedicated AV solution for areas needing compliant visual and audible signaling without detection functionality.
