The FS24XP-AMGXX is an FS24X Plus 3IR flame detector kit with an aluminium housing and M25 conduit entries, supplied complete with mount and sunshade. Using WideBand IR (3IR) technology, it responds to hydrocarbon and hydrogen fires across a 90-degree cone of vision (120-degree cone at 50% on-axis range). It offers multiple user-selectable outputs including sink, source or isolated 4-20 mA, relays, HART and two cable inlets with plug-in connections.
Technical overview
The FS24XP-AMGXX is a Flame Detection FS24X Plus 3IR flame detector kit with aluminium housing and M25 entries, supplied complete with mount and sunshade. It uses WideBand IR (3IR) technology to detect hydrocarbon and hydrogen fires across a 90-degree cone of vision (120-degree cone at 50% on-axis range). The kit includes two cable inlets with plug-in connections and offers multiple user-selectable outputs such as sink, source or isolated 4-20 mA, relays, HART and Modbus.
It features high-visibility LED HALO ring indicators showing green for normal, yellow for fault/warning or red for alarm, and includes an event log with date and time stamp. The detector has two 3/4" NPT or M25 conduit entries and is compatible with SM4 stainless steel swivel mounting assemblies, including a marine version, and SH-001 stainless steel sunshade. Certifications include FM, ATEX and CE mark approvals.
