Description
The 04390-41 answers the need for an automatic door release function in buildings where a fire emergency must close the doors. Mounted at floor level, it runs from 24V dc, takes 45mA and holds at 200N until power is removed.

On power off a centrally mounted spring loaded release pin pushes the door away from the electromagnet, overcoming residual magnetism and ensuring correct operation.
