It delivers 200N holding force at just 22mA and includes an integral manual release button so the door can be closed without removing power. A low-profile, flame-retardant ABS housing, anti-residual-magnetism release pin and suppression-diode DC protection ensure reliable, repeatable release; the door mounting keeper plate is supplied.

04390-31 Magnet Door Holder 24V DC 22mA is a wall-mounted electromagnetic door holder designed to hold fire doors open and release them automatically during a fire emergency, helping to limit the spread of fire and smoke. It delivers a 200N holding force while drawing just 22mA at 24V DC, making it efficient to run within a fire safety installation. A built-in button also lets staff release and close the door by hand without setting off the alarm.
When power is lost, a centrally mounted spring-loaded pin drives the door clear of the magnet, overcoming any residual magnetism so that release is clean and repeatable. A suppression diode and reverse-polarity protection let the unit run from a monitored circuit. It carries EN1155:1997 CPD approval and is designed to comply with EN61000-3-2, EN50081-1 and EN60950.
