The XCL-LB-H2-RM is a VESDA Sensepoint XCL Large Bore hydrogen (H2) gas detector covering a 1000PPM range. Modbus digital output and an onboard relay enable networked hydrogen reporting together with local alarm switching from a single Large Bore unit.
Technical overview
XCL-LB-H2-RM is the Xtralis hydrogen detector in the VESDA Sensepoint XCL Large Bore range built for Modbus networks, sensing H2 to 1000PPM through an electrochemical cell. Concentration data passes upstream as Modbus RTU traffic while the relay contacts take care of local switching, combining networked H2 reporting with alarm response at the point of detection.
Compliance references on this Large Bore unit span EN 50270:2015 for EMC and safety conformity to UL 61010-1, CSA C22.2 No. 61010-1, IEC/EN 61010-1. Xtralis stands behind the detector with a parts-and-workmanship warranty.
Configuration is handled by the Sensepoint App, and the XCL-XRL-SC-H2 replacement cartridge restores hydrogen sensing when the cell is due for change; the same spare is referenced for XCL and XRL detectors alike.
