Description
The XCL-LB-H2-RA is a VESDA Sensepoint XCL Large Bore hydrogen (H2) gas detector with a 1000PPM measuring range. Its 4-20mA analogue output and relay integrate directly into hydrogen monitoring and alarm circuits on Large Bore aspirated sampling networks.
XCL-LB-H2-RA pairs a 4-20mA analogue signal with an alarm relay on hydrogen duty, spanning concentrations to 1000PPM as an Xtralis gas detector in the VESDA Sensepoint XCL Large Bore family. The current-loop output carries the H2 reading into monitoring and alarm circuits, while the relay adds a switched contact at the detector position itself.

Commissioning and later changes go through the Sensepoint App, which the documentation also references for reconfiguring the unit after EEPROM or Flash faults. When the hydrogen cell needs replacing, the XCL-XRL-SC-H2 spare provides the matching 1000PPM sensor, a part shared between the XCL and XRL platforms.
Warranty support from Xtralis covers faults in parts or workmanship on the Sensepoint XCL detector, and the Large Bore installation manual details the physical wiring and terminal connections.
