Description

The XCL-LB-CO2PP-RA is a VESDA Sensepoint XCL Large Bore carbon dioxide (CO2) gas detector with a 5000PPM range and 4-20mA output with relay. The unit can be reconfigured in the field using the Sensepoint App, supporting flexible CO2 monitoring on Large Bore sampling networks.

XCL-LB-CO2PP-RA delivers 4-20mA carbon dioxide readings from the Xtralis VESDA Sensepoint XCL Large Bore gas detector platform, combining a 5000 ppm measuring range with relay signalling alongside the analogue loop. Settings are not fixed at first commissioning: the Sensepoint App reconfigures the unit in the field, keeping CO2 monitoring on Large Bore sampling networks adaptable as requirements change.

Wiring the analogue side has one specific requirement: the mA output depends on a correctly connected loopback resistor, and a fault is raised without it. Renewals are catered for at part level, where the XCL-SC-CO2PP replacement sensor matches the 5000 ppm CO2 cell, the XCL-LB-COV-1 sensor cover serves the NH3/CO2 catalytic fitting, and XCL-LB-FLT-1 filters for NH3 and CO2 duty come in packs of ten.

Beyond those, XCL-M20-CG cable glands, the XCL-LB-CAP flow cap and XCL-LB-ELB 60-degree elbows complete the accessory listing, and physical connection detail for the detector is held in the installation manual.
