Description

The WSS-PC-N00 answers both halves of a fire alarm output from one wall position: its sounder is EN54-3 approved and its Visual Alarm Device (VAD) is EN54-23 O class compliant, coverage coded W-1.9-1.9.

This is the version that is not isolated, so the device itself carries no isolator. It is loop powered, mounts on a required B501AP base, and shows its alarm as a red flash behind a clear lens.

The WSS-PC-N00 is a wall sounder VAD, pairing an EN54-3 approved sounder with a Visual Alarm Device (VAD) that is EN54-23 O class compliant (W-1.9-1.9). It is wall mounted, addressable, loop powered and not isolated.

The visible warning is a red flash behind a clear lens, and the wall mount body is white with a pure white skirt. A B501AP base is required, and the device is a System Sensor protocol addressable AV device.

The sounder is rated 97dB(A) ±3dB @1m, measured at High Volume on Tone 8 @24V, and a library of 32 built-in tones is on hand. The device is addressed on site by rotary decade address switches and is LPCB approved.

Standby draw is 120μA, with maximum current consumption of 14.5mA (High Volume Tone 11 @15V). Ambient limits are -25°C to +70°C, with humidity limited to 95% relative humidity, non-condensing. The wall unit measures 64mm in height by 121mm in diameter and comes in at 238g, with an Anti-Tamper feature and the option of an IP65 rating.
