The Xtralis VSR-2222 is a VESDA 19-inch subrack enclosure configured with four display modules, part of the VESDA enclosure range for mounting display and programmer modules. Built as a fully welded 1.5 mm steel enclosure powder-coated in RAL 7035, it features black lockable wing locks and is supplied with wall-mounting brackets.
Technical overview
The Xtralis VSR-2222 is a VESDA 19-inch subrack enclosure configured with four display modules, part of the VESDA enclosure range for mounting display and programmer modules.
The subrack mounts within a separate 19-inch rack enclosure that houses the display and programmer modules, of which two versions exist: a two-row rack holding up to eight modules and a five-row rack holding up to twenty. It sits on a swing frame that brings the cabling forward for convenient connection. Cable entry for 24 VDC power, VESDAnet connections and relay interfacing is provided through a removable gland plate, drilled to suit each installation on site.
Within a VESDA early smoke detection system, display and programmer modules can be positioned in a detector enclosure, a remote box or a 19-inch subrack, giving installers flexibility in how the interface is presented. This makes the VSR-2222 a structured mounting solution for professional fire safety infrastructure across industrial and commercial environments, where precise module positioning and reliable cable management are essential.
