The Xtralis VSR-0000 is a VESDA 19-inch subrack enclosure configured with four blank plates, part of the glass-fronted enclosure range for mounting VESDA display and programmer modules. Built as a fully welded 1.5 mm steel enclosure powder-coated in RAL 7035, it features black lockable wing locks and is supplied with wall-mounting brackets.
Technical overview
The Xtralis VSR-0000 is a VESDA 19-inch subrack enclosure configured with four blank plates, part of the glass-fronted enclosure range used to mount VESDA display and programmer modules within a 19-inch rack system.
The subrack mounts on a swing frame that gathers the cabling for convenient connection, and installs within a separate 19-inch rack enclosure that houses the display and programmer modules. Two enclosure versions cover different capacities: a two-row unit holding up to eight modules (020-052) and a five-row unit holding up to twenty (020-055). The display and programmer modules may alternatively be mounted in a detector enclosure or a remote box.
Cable entry for 24 VDC power, the VESDAnet connection and relay interfacing is provided through a removable gland plate, drilled as required on site, giving the VSR-0000 a structured mounting solution for VESDA aspirating smoke detection system components.
