Description

PL-1000 occupies 356 x 379 x 120 mm (H X W X D), weighs 1.76 KG and is finished in RAL 9002 behind an IP30 enclosure. Its working envelope is 0°C to +40°C at 5% - 95% non-condensing humidity, and it is certified to EN54-2, EN54-4; LVD 62.368-1:2014+A11.

Where a second circuit is needed, the optional loop module PL-LIB01 turns the panel into a 2 loop system, with 159 detectors and 159 input / output modules carried on each loop. This is a compact panel that is easy to install and configure, its whole configuration being built from the screen itself.

PL-1000 is a compact analogue-addressable fire alarm control panel in the Morley-IAS Plus family, built around a single loop that can be taken to two loops with the optional PL-LIB01 loop card. Each loop supports 159 detectors and 159 input / output modules. Loop working is on Honeywell's Advanced (AP) protocol, which maximises the speed and efficiency of alarm detection.

The operator works at a 4.3“ touch-screen graphical colour display of 480 x 272 pixel, back illuminated, with back-lit membrane buttons. Full system configuration is done from that screen, helped by a simple DOT Matrix cause and effect rule builder and multiple language selections. Event handling is presented through a colour event indication tab system and an on-screen 16 Virtual Zonal LED indicator.

Mains input is 100-240 V AC +/- 15%, 50 / 60 Hz and power consumption is max. 65W, and battery capacity is 7 Ah or 12 Ah (not included). Field circuits comprise 1 fault (NO/NC) and 1 alarm (NO/NC), a 24 VDC output of max. 500 mA, and sounder outputs numbering 2, max. 250 mA.
