Description
Where a VESDA aspirating smoke detection system has to be smoke tested at intervals, this is the fitting that gives the point on the pipework at which the check is made, particularly in areas that are difficult to reach. It is a 25 mm air-sampling test point, red, ten to a pack.
A white version of the same test point carries the part number PIP-018-W.

PIP-018 is a 25 mm air-sampling test point, red in colour and supplied ten to a pack. On a VESDA aspirating smoke detection system it serves as the test point for periodic smoke testing of that system, and it is especially useful in hard-to-reach areas.
