Description

The Yuasa NP7-12 is a 12V, 7.0 Ah Valve Regulated Lead-Acid (VRLA) Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) battery from the NP/NPX Series, built with HT X Alloy high-temperature chemistry for fire protection, life safety and standby applications. Rated at the 20-hr rate (1.75vpc at 25°C) with a 4-6 year design life, it supports float charging at 2.275V/cell and cyclic charging at 2.45V/cell. It operates across a wide discharge temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.

Internal resistance is approximately 22.0 mΩ with a maximum charge current of 1.750 A. Compatible variants include NP7-12-250FR, NP7-12-250, NP7-12FR, and NP7-12-TAA, and it supersedes the RB70FR model. Applications span power packs, solar and wind support systems, UPS, emergency lighting, fire protection, life safety, and security systems.
