Honeywell 6 watt ceiling loudspeaker c/w metal rear cover (5.5”)

The LSC-506 is an EN54-24 approved round 5-inch flush-mounted ceiling loudspeaker with capacitors, designed for voice alarm and fire detection systems and offering full compliance with BS5839 Part 8. Selectable power taps on its 100V/70V line let installers set the output to suit distributed voice-alarm layouts, while the tapped impedances give flexibility across large, zoned systems.

Built-in protection means that damage to an individual loudspeaker does not result in a failure of the wider loudspeaker circuit; ceramic terminal blocks and a thermal fuse provide this integral safeguarding. The flush-mounted design, finished with a metal fire dome, makes the unit well suited to suspended ceilings. It is fitted using the mounting spring on the body, with the fire dome sliding into place over a flying-lead wiring arrangement.
