Description
The Xtralis F-PC-HE-3.5 is a Harsh Environment ASD sampling point hole clip from the Honeywell/FAAST CLIP Hole Identification System, carrying a pre-engineered 3.5mm (9/64) sampling hole. Built from PC/ABS with a RAL9005 body and a variable-material TPE seal, it fits tube of 25mm to 27mm outer diameter and supports a maximum pipe network pressure of 7 bar across -30C to +45C. Compact at 55mm by 30.5mm and 11g, it brings repeatable hole sizing to demanding installations.

Identification works by colour, with coding assigned according to the IEC 60062 standard resistor code, and the clip is used with ASD systems for sampling point hole identification. All sampling holes are cut with a 10mm (27/64") drill bit, and the clip then mounts on ASD sampling pipe of 25 mm to 27 mm outer diameter.
