VESDA Freezer clip for ASD pipework 2.5mm Pack of 5

F-PC-HE-2.5 is the Xtralis Harsh Environment sampling point clip that carries a 2.5mm (6/64) hole for aspirating smoke detection pipe networks, one of the colour-coded sizes making up the FAAST/VESDA Sampling Hole Identification System. In use, the clip fits over a 10mm drilled sampling hole in pipe of 25 mm to 27 mm outer diameter, placing the pre-engineered 2.5mm aperture over the larger drilled opening.

Colour coding is assigned accordingly to the IEC 60062 standard resistor code, which lets the hole size be read from the clip after installation. Construction pairs a PC/ABS body in RAL9005 with a variable-material TPE rubber section, and each clip is a single piece that clicks into place by hand.

The Harsh Environment format contributes a flexi-lip design at the sampling hole together with a chamfered hole entry that reduces dust loading effects, helping to increase uptime and potentially extending test intervals. Wiring does not apply to this fitting; physical detail is covered by the installation instructions, which should be followed for full functionality.
