Description
The Xtralis F-PC-6.5 is a standard-variant ASD (Aspirating Smoke Detection) sampling point hole clip with a pre-engineered 6.5mm (1/4 inch) sampling hole, part of the VESDA/FAAST colour-coded Sampling Hole Identification System. Moulded in RAL9005 PC/ABS with a variable TPE rubber, it fits tube outer diameters of 25mm to 27mm. It measures 55 x 30.5mm and weighs 11g.

F-PC-6.5 carries a pre-engineered 6.5mm (1/4 inch) sampling hole and fits over drilled holes in the sampling pipe of an Xtralis VESDA/FAAST aspirating smoke detection (ASD) network, a Standard-variant clip in the colour-coded Sampling Hole Identification (CLIP) System.
Sampling pipe of 25 mm to 27 mm outer diameter accepts the clip directly: the design is installation-ready, calls for neither part assembly nor tools, and clicks into a firm, non-slip position. Colour coding assigned to the IEC 60062 standard resistor code identifies the 6.5mm size on the installed pipework.
Construction is a single-piece RAL9005 PC/ABS moulding with a variable-material TPE rubber. A 10mm (27/64") bit is used for the drilled sampling holes themselves, and the physical connection detail sits in the installation instructions.
