Description
The Xtralis F-PC-3.5 is a standard-variant ASD (Aspirating Smoke Detection) sampling hole clip with a pre-engineered 3.5mm (9/64 inch) sampling hole, part of the Honeywell/VESDA/FAAST CLIP Hole Identification System. Moulded in RAL9005 PC/ABS with a variable TPE rubber, it fits tube outer diameters of 25mm to 27mm. It measures 55 x 30.5mm and weighs 11g.

F-PC-3.5 is the Xtralis Standard-variant sampling hole clip that gives an aspirating smoke detection (ASD) pipe network a pre-engineered 3.5mm (9/64 inch) sampling point, part of the VESDA/FAAST CLIP Hole Identification System.
A chamfered hole entry reduces dust loading effects at the sampling point, helping to increase uptime and potentially extending test intervals. Colour coding is assigned according to the IEC 60062 standard resistor code.
Installation-ready, with no part assembly, the clip needs no tools: a 10mm (27/64") bit opens each sampling position, and the moulding then clicks home in a firm, non-slip position on tube of 25 mm to 27 mm outer diameter. The body combines RAL9005 PC/ABS with a TPE rubber element, and physical connection detail is set out in the installation instructions.
