Description
The Xtralis F-PC-0 (ASD PIPE CLIP BLIND) is a blind pipe clip variant within the VESDA Sampling Hole Clip range for Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) pipe networks. Moulded in RAL9005 PC/ABS with a variable TPE rubber, it fits tube outer diameters of 25mm to 27mm. It measures 55 x 30.5mm, weighs 11g, and is rated to a maximum pipe network pressure of 7 bar across a -30C to +45C application range.

Construction uses a PC/ABS body coloured RAL9005 together with a rubber element in variable-material TPE. The clip fits pipe of 25 mm to 27 mm outside diameter; for full functionality, installers are referred to the installation instructions.
Environmental limits are stated as an application band of -30 °C to +45 °C with relative humidity from 5% to 95%, and the pipe run may be pressurised to 7 bar within that band. Sealing performance carries a stated limit above 45 °C ambient, where leakage at the clip can reach 5%.
