CWSS-WW-W5 is a Conventional sounder VAD featuring a white body with white flash and clear lens. It delivers a maximum sound output of 107dB(A) at 1m and operates across 12 to 29VDC with an average current consumption of 49mA at 29VDC in W class. The unit offers 32 tones including a bell tone, with high or medium volume control, and is approved to EN54-3 and EN54-23 for W and C class coverage.
It functions within an operating temperature range of -25°C to 70°C and withstands up to 93% ±3% non-condensing relative humidity. The device uses flame retardant PC/ABS for lens and body construction and supports cable termination sizes from 0.5 to 2.5mm². For the standard device, gross weight ranges from 271g on the low profile base up to 280g when the deep base is fitted.
