Description
This sounder beacon features a red body with a white flash and clear lens, supplied with an IP65 deep base for demanding installations. Approved to EN54-3 and EN54-23 for W and C class coverage, it delivers a maximum 107dB(A) at 1m. It operates on 12 to 29VDC and draws an average 49mA at 29VDC in W class.

CWSS-RW-W5 defines a Conventional Audio Visual Devices Sounder VAD with a red body, white flash, and clear lens. This sounder beacon is approved to EN54-3 and EN54-23 for W and C class coverage. It delivers a maximum sound output of 107dB(A) at 1m and operates on a voltage range of 12 to 29VDC.
The device draws an average current of 49mA at 29VDC in W class and features 32 selectable tones, including a bell tone, with volume settings adjustable to high or medium. Synchronisation occurs automatically upon power activation, complying with EN54-3 and surpassing EN54-23 requirements. The flash rate is fixed at 0.5 Hz, and the lens is clear to ensure optimal visibility of the white flash. Compatible accessories include the CWR deep base, PS189 gasket, PS188 O-ring, SC076 earth strap, SCO77 terminal block, and SCO78 installer link, all available in packs of five.
