The Morley CR-6EA is a six-way changeover relay output module with built-in loop isolation for addressable fire systems. It ships complete with a rotary address switch and plug-in terminal blocks for straightforward installation and servicing. The module requires the M200-SMB-MM for mounting.
Technical overview
CR-6EA is Morley Addressable Devices' six-way changeover relay output module for addressable fire detection loops running the System Sensor protocol. Six Form C relays occupy one interface, each presenting an isolated dry changeover contact that can be wired for normally open or normally closed duty, so a single loop position switches six independently controlled circuits.
Addressing across the six relays follows from one rotary-switch setting: the module takes consecutive addresses on the loop, and surplus positions — up to three — can be disabled where fewer circuits are needed. Loop isolation is built in, individual LED indicators show status at the unit, and supervision does not extend to the switched circuit.
Removable plug-in terminal blocks keep the field wiring serviceable, and mounting requires the M200-SMB-MM. Terminal connection detail for each circuit is set out in the installation manual.
