Cable entry is by 25 x 20 mm knock-outs at the top and 2 x 20 mm knock-outs at the bottom of the IP30 enclosure, and the panel is specified to EN54-2 and EN54- 4. A rack mount kit, part No. 795-119, and a flush bezel, part No. 795-112, fit this panel, and spares extend to a 795-106 DXc1 Spare PSU.

714-001-111 is the DXc1 single loop control panel, an addressable multi protocol fire detection system within the DXc Intelligent Multi-Protocol Fire Alarm Control Panel range. It works with Apollo, System Sensor and Hochiki protocols, offers 160 Fire Zones and can run stand-alone or networked with other DXc series panels up to 16 loops.

Mains input is 230 V, 50-60 Hz AC (+15%,-15% tolerance) feeding a 2A power source whose maximum rating is 2 A / 24 V DC. Loop load reaches 500 mA, the two monitored programmable output sounder circuits are rated 1 A, and a fixed auxiliary output is joined by a resettable 24 V DC / 250 mA output. A general relay for alarm and fault sits beside one programmable relay.

The fascia carries a 240x64 pixels LCD graphic display of 6x40 characters in blue liquid crystal with backlight illumination, plus optional 40, 80 or 160 zone alarm LEDs. Two keys and two inputs handle programmable functions, an integrated USB port takes PC programming and an RS-485 port links peripherals such as repeaters.

A mild steel rear enclosure and ABS plastic front cover complying BS EN60950 are finished gray white, similar to RAL 9002, and rated IP30. The panel measures H: 260 mm W: 390 mm D: 147 mm, weighs 4 kg and works from 0°C to 40°C at 5% to 95% non-condensing.
