Three connection options allow optimal line adaptation, and the sealed module is protected against moisture. It is BS EN 54-16 approved for the Honeywell D1 system.

Technical overview

The 583496 End Of Line Module closes off 100 V loudspeaker lines that use two-wire cabling within the Honeywell D1 Voice Alarm / Public Address system. As the closing element on a line, it supports supervision that flags short circuits and breaks, and that supervision behaves consistently whatever the loudspeaker count or line layout. Approval to BS EN 54-16 confirms its suitability for life safety voice alarm duty in the D1 range.

A choice of three connection points lets installers adapt the module to different line arrangements, while the sealed housing guards the electronics against moisture ingress in demanding locations.
