Description
As an EN 54-24 ceiling loudspeaker, 582401 holds approval as per EN 54-24, 1438/CPD/0233. Electrically it sits at a loading capacity of 6 W behind a 165 mm chassis.
Protection in fire is built into the product. The loudspeaker is equipped with a ceramic clamp and thermal fuse, and it is fitted with a fire dome. Once some of the loudspeaker membrane has been burnt through, that dome prevents the suction action of the chimney effect with suspended ceilings in case of fire.
